AMENDMENT OF TITLE 4, CHAPTER 60, SECTION 023 OF MUNICIPAL CODE OF CHICAGO BY DELETION OF SUBSECTION 45.7 TO REMOVE RESTRICTION ON ISSUANCE OF ADDITIONAL PACKAGE GOODS LICENCES ON PORTIONS OF NORTH MILWAUKEE AVENUE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Section 4-60-023 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by deleting the language struck through as follows:

4-60-023 Restrictions on additional licenses.

Subject to the provisions of subsection 4-60-021 (c), no additional package goods license shall be Issued for any premises located within the following areas:

(45.7) On North Milwaukee Avenue, from West Lawrence Avenue to West Gale Street.
