BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.  Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of Revenue is hereby authorized and directed to exempt:

Chicago Cubs Baseball Club LLC located at 1152 West Eddy Street, from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities.
