ORDINANCE AMENDMENT

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO: Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for ELYSIAN HOTEL, and printed upon page 17866 ofthe Journal of Proceedings ofthe City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "ELYSIAN HOTEL" and inserting in their place the words "GIC 11 E. Walton LLC on 12/14/2011"

Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
