ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the DS-3 Downtown Service District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 2-G in the area bounded by:
West Adams Street; a line 149.47 feet west of South Morgan Street; West Quincy Street; a line 120 feet west of South Morgan Street; West .l.ackson Boulevard; a line 256.32 feet west of South Morgan Street; West Quincy Street; and a line 293.59 feet west of South Morgan Street
to those of a DX-5 Downtown Mixed-Use District which is hereby established in the area described above.
SECTION 2. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all the current DX-5 Downtown Mixed-Use District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 2-G in the area bounded by:
West Adams Street; a line 149.47 feet west of South Morgan Street; West Quincy Street: a line 120 feet west of South Morgan Street; West Jackson Boulevard; a line 256.32 feet west of South Morgan Street; West Quincy Street; and a line 293.59 feet west of South Morgan Street
to those of a Residential Business Planned Development which is hereby established in the area described above.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
