To the President and Members of the City Council:
Your Committee on Traffic Control and Safety, to which were referred (May 12, November 10, 17 December 8, 2010 and January 12, 2011) proposed ordinances to Establish and amend parking restrictions on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinances submitted herewith.
This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the committee present, with no dissenting votes.
