ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the RT3.5 Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 14-H in the area bounded by

The south boundary line of the Penna. Railroad Right of Way; South Honore Street; the public alley next north of and parallel to West 59 Street; a line 264 feet west of and parallel to South Honore Street (South Wolcott Avenue),

to those of a C2-1 Motor Vehicle Related Commercial District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance takes effect after its passage and approval.
