CITY COUNCIL MEETING: April 13,2011

PHYSICAL BARRIER AND ALLEY ACCESS

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of Revenue and the Commissioner of Transportation are hereby authorized and directed to exempt Target Corporation, a Minnesota corporation, and its agents, from the provisions requiring barriers as a pre-requisite to prohibit alley ingress and/or egress for premises address: 1101 West Jackson Boulevard (premises bounded by West Jackson, South Aberdeen, West Van Buren and the first alley east of and parallel with South Racine)

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage

and publication.
