BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
 
 
Section 1:
 
The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for SALVATORE FERRAGAMO on 01/13/2010, and printed upon page 83405 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words
 
"nine (9) canopies
Said Canopy(ies) shall not exceed three (3) @ twenty-eight point seven five (28.75) feet in length and five point two five (5.25) feet in width, three (3) @ twenty-four point three three (24.33) feet in length and five point two five (5.25) feet in width, one (1) @ twenty-six (26) feet in length and six (6) feet in width, one (1) @ twenty-four (24) feet in length and six (6) feet in width, one (1) @ twenty-four (24) feet in length and six (6) feet in width.
The sum of $462.25 per annum,"
and inserting in their place the words
"six (6) canopies
Said Canopy(ies) shall not exceed three (3) @ nine point eight three (9.83) feet in length and three point two five (3.25) feet in width, two (2) @ twenty-four (24.00) feet in length and three point two five (3.25) feet in width, one (1) @ twenty-eight point seven five (28.75) feet in length and five point two five (5.25) feet in width.
The sum of 307.50 per annum,"
