Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to New Moms Housing Development LLC, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, five (5) Foundation Support(s) under the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 5317 W. Chicago Ave
Said Foundation Support(s) at Chicago Ave measure(s):
One (1) at twenty point seven five (20.75) feet in length, and point six six (.66) feet in width for a total of thirteen point seven (13.7) square feet.
Said Foundation Support(s) at Lorel Ave measure(s):
One (1) at thirty-three (33) feet in length, and point eight three (.83) feet in width for a total of twenty-seven point three nine (27.39) square feet.
Said Foundation Support(s) at Public alley measure(s):
One (1) at eighty-nine point five (89.5) feet in length, and one point five (1.5) foot in width for a total of one hundred thirty-four point two five (134.25) square feet.
One (1) at seven (7) feet in length, and two point five (2.5) feet in width for a total of seventeen point five (17.5) square feet.
One (1) at twenty-eight point five (28.5) feet in length, and point six seven (.67) feet in width for a total of nineteen point one (19.1) square feet.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Planning and Development and Department of Transportation (Office of Underground Coordination).
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
