AUTHORIZATION FOR EXEMPTION OF THE ALBANY PARK COMMUNITY CENTER FROM PHYSICAL BARRIER REQUIREMENT PERTAINING TO ALLEY ACCESSIBILITY FOR PARKING FACILITIES AT 5101 N. KIMBALL AVENUE.

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. Pursuantto Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt the Albany Park Community Center from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for 5101 N. Kimball Avenue, Chicago, IL.
