BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 33-19.1 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt LMV River North Holding, LP of 675 N. Wells from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and/or egress to parking facilities for 675 N. Wells.
