ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all ofthe RS-3, Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 6-F in the area bound by:

the alley next north of and parallel to West 28^th Place; a line 225 feet east of and parallel to South Wallace Street; West 28^th Place; and a line 175 feet east of and parallel to South Wallace Street,

to those of a M1-1, Limited Manufacturing/Business Park District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
