To the President and Members of the City Council:

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety, to which were referred (January 13, February 9, March 9, April 13, and May 4, 2011) proposed ordinances to establish and amend parking restrictions on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance submitted herewith.

This recommendation was concurred in by all members ofthe committee present, with no dissenting votes.

AMEND INDUSTRIAL PERMIT PARKING ZONES:

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.

Repeal of Industrial Permit Parking Zone 18 from 3300 W. Franklin between N. Spaulding and N. Homan - 02011-2062 (27^th Ward);

SECTION 2.

This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.
