BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

 

SECTION 1.   That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to install and/or amend Reserved Parking (2% Disabled) Signs at the below listed locations:

 

 

WARD MISCELLEANEOUS:

 

33                     4332 North Kedzie Avenue; Reserved Parking (2% Disabled); All Times, All Days

(Public Benefit) [02017-5288]

47                     4511 North Hermitage Avenue; North Hermitage Avenue (east side) from a point 55

feet north of West Sunnyside Avenue to a point 20 feet north thereof; Reserved Parking (2% Disabled), 7:00am to 1:00pm, Sundays Only -- (17-04764679) [02017-5216]

 

50                     6112 North Lincoln Avenue; North Lincoln Avenue (west side) from a point 134 feet

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety to which were referred the proposed miscellaneous ordinance(s) and/or order(s) to establish and/or amend Reserved Parking (2% Disabled) on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) and/or order(s) transmitted herewith.

This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the Committee present, with no dissenting votes.
