ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OE THE CITY OI CHICAGO:
SECTION 1: Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is amended by changing all the Bl-1 Neighborhood Shopping District and -symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 8-F in the area bounded by:
West 31st Street;
the public alley next east of and parallel with South Wells Street; A line 100 feet south of and parallel to West 31 st Street; South Wells Street;
to those of B3-1 Community Shopping District, which is hereby established in the area above described.
SECTION 2: This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and due publication.
