AMEND ESTABLISHMENT OF LIMITATION OF PARKING PRIVILEGES.

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 080 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the following is a proposed ordinance to amend a prohibition for the parking of vehicles, passed October 31, 2012 C.J.P. 38240 as indicated below

North Clark Street both sides; Addison to Newport No Parking Tow Zone Friday through Sunday 9pm-4am

By Striking:

No Parking Tow Zone

And Inserting:

No Stopping/No Standing/No Parking/Tow Zone

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force hereinafter its passage and

publication.
