SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 3-12-050 of the Municipal Code of Chicago the following persons listed are hereby entitled to a Fifty Dollar ($50.00) Senior Citizens Sewer Charge Refund to be mailed to the premises as set forth in greater detail in Exhibit A hereto.
