BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1: On behalf of the City of Chicago as Licensee, the Commissioner of the Department of Assets, Information and Services is authorized to execute an Amendment to a Right of Entry Agreement with Christ Universal Temple, Inc., as Licensor, to extend the term of the agreement through February 29, 2024, governing the use ofthe property located at 11901 South Ashland Avenue by the Chicago Police Department for department's driver training program; such Amendment to be approved as to form and legality by the Corporation Counsel in substantially the following form:

SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall be effective from and after the date of its passage and approval.
