PHYSICAL BARRIER AND ALLEY ACCESS

Be It Ordained by the City Council of Chicago:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of Revenue is hereby authorized and directed to exempt DISCOVERY MONTESSORI OF CHICAGO/DISCOVERY MONTESSORI OF CHICAGO located at 7225 W. Touhy, Chicago, IL 60631 from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and/or egress to parking facilities for the premise address.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and take effect from and after its passage and publication.
