BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code ofChicago, the Director of Revenue is hereby authorized and directed to exempt:

Clarkview, LLC, 2144 Potomac Partners, LLC, TKG Clark Holdings, LCC located at 3226-28 North Clark Street, from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities.

SECTION 2.  This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
