SECTION 1. Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to exempt:

2024 W Irving Park LLC, of 2452 W Berenice Ave Chicago, IL 60618, from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities at 2024 W Irving Park Road.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
