BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That an ordinance passed by the City Council on January 14, 1997, printed on page 37701 of the Journal of Proceedings of said date, establishing a Loading Zone in designated area, be and the same is hereby amended by striking there from, the following:

W. Peterson Avenue (south side) from a point 105 feet east of N. Central Park Avenue to a point 25 feet east thereof - Loading Zone - 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. -Monday through Friday - Tow Zone

inserting in lieu thereof:

W. Peterson Avenue (south side) from a point 105 feet east of N. Central Park Avenue to a point 20 feet east thereof - Loading Zone - 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. -Monday through Friday - Tow Zone

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.
