BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:


SECTION I. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all the M2-2 Light Industry District and M2-3 Light Industry District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 12-1 in the area bounded by:

West 47th Street; South California Avenue; a line 415 feet south of and parallel to the south line of West 47th Street; a line 350 feet west of and parallel to South California Avenue; a line 311 feet south of and parallel to the south line of West 47th Street; a line 329 feet west of and parallel to South California Avenue,

to those of a C3-3 Commercial, Manufacturing and Employment District and a corresponding use district is hereby established in the area above described.


SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
