WHEREAS, Joan Marie Kulovitz has been called home to eternal life by the wisdom of God for her eternal reward on November 28, 2022 at the age of 81; and,
WHEREAS, The Members of the Chicago City Council have been informed of her passing by the Honorable Raymond A. Lopez, Alderman of the 15th Ward; and,
WHEREAS, Mrs. Kulovitz is survived by her loving siblings James, Mike and Edward, her children Robert, Ann, Mary, Jeanne, James, Edward, Michael and Katherine, their spouses, and her twenty-eight grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren; and,
WHEREAS, Mrs. Kulovitz joins in eternal rest her husband Robert, parents James and Ruby, as well as her siblings Mary and Patrick; and,
WHEREAS, Mrs. Kulovitz was an exemplary pillar of faith, love and family to all that knew her, particularly her Ya-Yas; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO, That we, the Mayor and Members of the City Council of the City of Chicago gathered here this Fourteenth day of December, 20222, do hereby express our sorrow on the heavenly transition of Joan Marie Kulovitz and extend to her family, friends and the greater Canaryville community our deepest sympathy; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO,
That suitable copies of this resolution be prepared and presented to the family of Joan Marie Kulovitz as a taken of honor and respect for a life well lived.
