ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all ofthe C1-3, Neighborhood Commercial District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 8-G in the area bound by:

West 33^rd Street; South Halsted Street; a line 55 feet south of and parallel to West 33^rd Street; and the public alley next west of and parallel to South Halsted Street,

to those of a B1-2, Neighborhood Shopping District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
