We hereby recommend establishing a Residential Permit Parking Zone at the addresses on the north W 21st Street from 1554 W 21st St to 1526 W. 21st St, at all times, all days and on the south side of W. 21st Street from 1553 W. 21st St to 1541 W. 21st St on all days from 5:00 pm to 7:00 am
