BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO: Section 1:

 

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for 2501 ARMITAGE, LLC on 09/24/2015, and printed upon page 7406 ofthe Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words

"2510 W. Armitage Ave."

and inserting in their place the words

"2501 West Armitage Avenue"

 

 

Section 2:

 

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.

canopy(ies) for 2501 ARMITAGE, LLC, adjacent to the premises known as 2501 W. Armitage Ave

 

Dear Alderman Proco Joe Moreno:

 

The applicant referenced above has requested the use of the public right-of-way for a canopy(ies). An ordinance has been prepared by the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection - Small Business Center - Public Way Use Unit for presentation to the City Council. Because this request was made for properties located in your ward, as approved by you as per the attached, I respectfully request that you introduce the attached ordinance at the next City Council meeting.
