RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, We, the members ofthe Chicago City Council, wish to extend our congratulations and warmest birthday wishes to Key Qizahuang Chen in honor of his 65^th Birthday; and,

WHEREAS, on behalf ofthe entire 15^th Ward, Alderman Raymond Lopez would like to extend his personal tribute to Key Qizahuang Chen on the occasion of this momentous occasion as recognition for being a stellar Resident ofthe City of Chicago; and,

WHEREAS, Key Qizahuang Chen now belongs to our 15^th Ward Seniors community, of whom we value and treasure for all they have given and taught us in their collective lifetime; therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED, that we, the Mayor and Members ofthe Chicago City Council, gathered here this 20th of September, 2021 A.D., do hereby congratulate Key Qizahuang Chen on the occasion of his birthday; and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that we extend our warmest and heartfelt best wishes to Key Qizahuang Chen for his continued good health, happiness and success following this, his 65^th Birthday; and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to Key Qizahuang Chen in honor of his 65^th Birthday as a token of our esteem and good wishes.
