ORDERED, That the Chief Procurement Officer and the Commissioner of Transportation, in consultation with the Chief Financial Officer, are hereby authorized and directed to take all necessary actions to cause JC Decaux to relocate the street furniture commonly known as a city information panel located at approximately at 24 E. Washington St., to such location that is either a minimum or 50 ft. east of the current location, or a minimum of 5 ft. west of the current location.
