SENIOR CITIZEN SEWER CHARGE EXEMPTION

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 3-12-050 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the following person is hereby entitled to a Fifty Dollar ($50.00) Senior Citizen Sewer Charge Refund for the premises listed below for the year 2016:
