AMEND THE ESTABLISHMENT OF LIMITATION OF PARKING PRIVILEGES.
Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 080 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the following is a proposed ordinance to amend an ordinance passed September 3, 2003 C.J.P. 7206.
RECOMMENDED TO READ:
AMEND ORDINANCE PASSED 9/3/03 C.J.P. 7206 which reads, West Melrose Street ( north side) from North Broadway TAP 360 feet west thereof—no parking/tow-away zone—8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. -Monday through Saturday
By Striking 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. -Monday through Saturday
AND Inserting in lieu thereof: 8:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. -Saturday—April 1st through December 1st
