RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, God in His infinite wisdom has called David Perry to his eternal reward; and

WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of his passing by the Honorable Marty Quinn, Alderman of the 13^th Ward; and

WHEREAS, David Perry, age 43. Beloved son of the Lorraine I. nee Petrak and the late David. Loving brother of Joseph C. Dear nephew of Louis and Alfonso (Kimberly). Fond cousin and friend of many. David Perry leaves a legacy of faith, dignity, compassion and love; now, therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members of the Chicago City Council gathered here this eighteenth day of November, 2015, hereby express our sorrow on the death of David Perry and extend to his family and friends our deepest sympathy.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a suitable copy be presented to the family of David Perry. /^~~\
