ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.   Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt John Grus Corp. on behalf of Owners, Norflo Holding Corp. (Norman Bolden) from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for Premise Address at 916-918 East 43^rd Street.
