TRAFFIC LANE - TOW ZONES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the following locations are hereby designated as Traffic Lane - Tow Away Zones, between the limits and during the times specified, standing or parking of any vehicle shall be considered a definite hazard to the normal movement of traffic:
WARD TOW ZONES:
19 W. 104th Street; 3940-3948 W. 104th Street (north side), curb cut, west to S. Pulaski
Road; No Parking Tow Zone [02014-4915]
47 N. Ravenswood Avenue; N. Ravenswood Avenue (west side) from W. Montrose
Avenue to a point 6 feet north thereof; No Parking Tow Zone, all times, all days -(13-01536648) [02013-3618]
50 W. Touhy Avenue; W. Touhy Avenue (south side) from N. Kedzie Avenue to a point 100
feet east of N. Sacramento Avenue; No Parking Tow Zone, all times, all days 02014-4916]
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety, to which were referred proposed ordinances to establish and/or amend Traffic Tow Zones on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) submitted herewith.
This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the committee present, with no dissenting votes.
