Be It Ordained by the City Council ofthe City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to 108 NORTH STATE STREET (CHICAGO) OWNER, LLC, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to construct, install, maintain and use thirteen (13) Banner(s) projecting over the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 108 N.
