BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance is amended by changing all ofthe M1-2, Limited Manufacturing/Business District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 1-1 in the area bound by:

West Grand Avenue; North Artesian Avenue; the alley next north of and parallel to West Hubbard Street; the alley next westeast of and parallel to North Artesian Avenue; the alley next south of West Grand Avenue; a line 82 feet west of and parallel to North Artesian Avenue as measured along the north right-of-way line of the alley next south of West Grand Avenue in a northeasterlynorthwesterly direction perpendicular to West Grand Avenue,

to those of a RT-4, Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
