DIRECT INTRODUCTION

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.  That an ordinance heretofore passed by the City Council on July 24,2013, establishing an honorary street designation at the following location, be and the same is hereby amended by striking therefrom the following [page 58313 of the Journal of Proceeding]:

"South Kilbourn Avenue      4900 block as "John Gac Way"

(HONORARY STREET).

Inserting in lieu thereof;

"South Kilbourn Avenue

4900 block as "John S. Gac Way

(HONORARY STREET).

SECTION 2.  This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.
