BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago, the Commissioner of the Department of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt McBrearty Construction of 10900 S. Hamlin Chicago, IL 60655 from the Municipal Code provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for 3844 S. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive.

SECTION 2. This ordnance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.
