RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, God in His infinite Wisdom has called Kristin Cotton to her eternal reward; and
WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of her passing by the Honorable Marty Quinn, Alderman ofthe 13th Ward; and
WHEREAS, Kristin Cotton, February 24,1981 - December 4, 2015, loving daughter of Nellie Cotton and Raymond Ortiz and Gabriel Morales. Devoted mother of Cecilia Marco and Alex. Beloved sister of Gabriel, Alex, Matthew and Erica. Beloved niece of Cecil A. Cotton (Marisa), Robert Cotton, Raphael Franco (Lourdes), Anna Cataneda (Juan), Edward Franco (Christina), Marisol Franco, Reyna Galvan (Isaac), and Alex Hernandez. Aunt of Gianna, Vincent and Juliana. Cousin of many and loyal friend to all who had the pleasure of knowing the beauty of Kristin.-Kristin Cotton leaves a legacy of faith, dignity, compassion and love; now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members of the Chicago City Council gathered here this thirteenth day of January, 2016, do hereby express our sorrow on the death Kristin Cotton and extend to her family and friends our deepest sympathy.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be prepared and presented to the family of Kristin Cotton.
