ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all of the B2-3, Neighborhood Mixed-Use District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 10-F in the area bound by:
A line 100 feet south of and parallel to West 43rd Place; the alley next east of and parallel to South Halsted Street; a line 200 feet south of and parallel to West 43rd Place; and South Halsted Street,
to those of an RS-1, Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
