ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all ofthe B3-3, Community Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 4-I in the area bound by:

a line 25 feet north of and parallel to West 13^th Street; the alley next east of and parallel to South Kedzie Avenue; West 13^th Street; and South Kedzie Avenue,

to those of a B2-1, Neighborhood Mixed-Use District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
