HE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for 311 W. MONROE, LLC on 03/28/2018, and printed upon page 73955 ofthe Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words

"One (1) at fifty-four point eight three (54.83) feet in length, and eight point one six (8.16) feet in width for a total of four hundred forty-seven point four one (447.41) square feet.

the sum of seventy-nine dollars and eighty-three cents ($79.83) per annum in advance."

and inserting in their place the words

"One (1) at fifty-nine point seven five ($59.75) feet in length and one point nine two (1.92) feet in width for a total of one hundred fourteen point seven two (114.72) square feet."

the sum of eighty-five ($85.00) per annum in advance."
