BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Per Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code ofChicago, the Director of Revenue is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Variable Properties, LLC-Series 1938 from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress into 1938 North Francisco Avenue.
