ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all of the B3-2, Community Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 5-K in the area bound by:

West Wabansia Avenue; North Pulaski. Road; a line 89 feet south of and parallel to West Wabansia Avenue; and the alley next west of and parallel to North Pulaski Road,

to those of a B3-1 Community Shopping District.
