AMEND THE ESTABLISHMENT OF LIMITATION OF PARKING PRIVILEGES.

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 080 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the following is a proposed ordinance to amend an ordinance passed September 8, 2010 C.J.P. 99308.

RECOMMENDED TO READ:

AMEND ORDINANCE PASSED 9/10/10 C.J.P. 99308 which reads: N. Sheffield Avenue, West Side, From a Point 37 Feet South of West Wellington, To a Point 17 feet South thereof, 30 Minute Loading Zone, Use Flashing Lights 10am to 12am, Tow Zone, By Striking From A Point 37 Feet South of W. Wellington AND Inserting in lieu thereof: 20 Feet.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force hereinafter its passage and publication.
