RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, We, the members of the Chicago City Council, wish to extend our congratulations and warmest birthday wishes to Celestine Michaud in honor of her 70^th Birthday; and,

WHEREAS, on behalf of the entire 15^th Ward, Alderman Raymond Lopez would like to extend his personal tribute to Celestine Michaud on the occasion ofthis momentous occasion as recognition for being a stellar Resident of the City of Chicago; and,

WHEREAS, Celestine Michaud has been a member of our 15^th Ward Seniors community for the last five years, a constituency we value and treasure for all they have given and taught us in their collective lifetime; therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED, that we, the Mayor and Members of the Chicago City , Council, gathered here this 22^nd of July, 2020 A.D., do hereby congratulate Celestine Michaud on the occasion of her birthday; and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that we extend our warmest and heartfelt best wishes to Celestine Michaud for her continued good health, happiness and success following this, her 70^th Birthday; and,

BEIT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a suitable copy ofthis resolution be presented to Celestine Michaud in honor of her 70^th Birthday as a token of our esteem and good wishes.
