ORDINANCE


BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1: Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is amended by changing all the Ml-3 Limited Manufacturing/Business Park District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 6-1 in the area bounded by:

West 24th Street;
A line 601.20 east of and parallel to South Rockwell Street; West 25th Street; South Rockwell Street

to those of Manufacturing Planned Development No. , which is hereby established
in the area above described, subject to such use and bulk regulations as are set forth in the Plan of Development herewith attached and made a part hereof and to no others.


SECTION 2: This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and due publication.

("Planned Development"), consists of approximately 358,229 net square feet (8.224 acres) of property which is depicted on the attached Planned Development Boundary and Property Line Map ("Property") and is owned or controlled by 2445 S. Rockwell, LLC.
