WHEREAS, Rosemary R Gorman has been called to eternal life by the wisdom of God at the age of 80 to her eternal reward; and
WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of her passing by the Honorable
PatrickD. Thompson, Alderman of the fl th Ward; and -; 1
WHEREAS, Rosemaiy P. Gorman, dearly beloved wife of the late Joseph L. Gorman; devoted mother of Joseph (Amy) Gorman, late Donald Gorman, and John (Louise Kelly) Gorman; cherished grandmother of Nicole (Kyle, CRD.) Guttillo, Marycllen, Natalie, Emily, and Jessica Gorman; loving daughter of the late James and Marie Murphy Lonergan; dear sister of Margaret (late Frank) Calandricllo, and preceded by brothers, James (late Elizabeth) Lonergan, Jack Lonergan, Donald Lonergan, and Bud (Dolly) Lonergan; fond aunt of many; best friend ofthe late Dorothy Orrriond; and
WHEREAS, Rosemary lifetime resident ofthe South Side of Chicago-Canary villc neighborhood and was an avid Chicago Whits Sox fan; and
WHEREAS, Her love of life and ability to live it, to thefullest endeared Rosemary to her family members, friends and all who knew her, and enabled her to enriclrthcir lives in ways they will never forget; now, therefore f
BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members ofthe City Council ofthe City of Chicago gathered here this twenty first of July 202 L, do hereby express our sorrow on the death of Rosemaiy P. Gorman and extend to her family and friends our jdeepest sympathy; and
