ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 9-64-090 (f) of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the following portion of the named street bellow is designated as a buffer zone for a residential parking zone (Zone 109). The residents living in the following address range of the indicated street are eligible to acquire a permit to park in the adjacent residential parking permit zone (Zone 109):

•   2218 to 2246 and 2215 to 2241 S. Leavitt Street

SECTION 2/This ordinance will be in full force and effect upon passage and publication.
