BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 9-64-090 (f) ofthe Code, the following address ranges are designated as buffer zones for a residential parking zone (Zone 5). The residents living in the following address ranges ofthe indicated streets are eligible to acquire a permit to park in the adjacent residential parking permit zone (Zone 960), as a result of insufficient available parking caused by that adjacent zone:

801 to 917 South Racine Avenue 904 to 914 South Racine Avenue

SECTION 2. This ordinance will be in full force and effect upon passage and publication.
